During peak hours, high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Baskon Mart Private Limited operates on a prepaid order model where payment is required at the time of placing the order.
Once an order is confirmed, our team will prepare and dispatch it for delivery.

Delivery Issues

Claims reported after the 15-minute window may not be accepted due to the nature of grocery and perishable products.
